The citizens of Alexander Valley originally built the Alexander Valley Community Hall in 1923 to be used as a community meeting place as well as a location for parties, dances and the celebrations of life.
Over the decades, to locals, it became the spot where milestones were commemorated and memories were made. In 1997 the community came together once again to renovate and lovingly refurbish the bucolic hall in the middle of the vineyards.
The long history of the Community Hall makes it a fitting place for us to celebrate our History Lives dinner and to honor our pioneer award winners, Jerry and Joanna Engelke, in 2022.
